Direct video upload is not supported. The Video URL field at the photos step takes a link.
- Upload the video to YouTube or Vimeo.
- Copy the page address.
- Paste it into Video URL and save.
Set the video to public or unlisted. A private video shows nothing to your visitors.
Why a link rather than an upload
Video files are large and need converting for every screen size. YouTube and Vimeo do that work and serve the result quickly, so the listing page stays fast on a phone.
If you have no account on either
A free YouTube account takes a few minutes. Upload as Unlisted if you do not want the video found on YouTube itself — it will still play on your listing.
