01What happens to my listings if I stop paying?
Your account moves to the Free plan and keeps working — nothing is deleted. But Free allows 1 published listings, so if you had more, the oldest ones are unpublished until you are back within the limit. They stay in your dashboard as drafts and republish the moment you upgrade again.
02Can I cancel in the middle of a month?
Yes, from Dashboard → Subscription. You keep everything you paid for until the end of the current 30 days — cancelling does not cut you off on the day you press it — and you are not charged again. There is no refund for the unused part of a period you have already paid for.
03Does my plan renew by itself?
Yes. Pro and Pro Plus renew every 30 days through Stripe until you turn auto-renew off, which you can do at any time from your dashboard without cancelling. You will get an email a few days before each renewal.
04Can customers book an appointment with me?
On Pro and Pro Plus. Two things to know:
- Booking is switched off on every listing until you turn it on — upgrading does not start accepting appointments on your behalf. You turn it on per listing, and set your opening hours.
- Customers do not need an account. Someone can book as a guest, and they get an email link to change or cancel it themselves.
05Do customers pay me through the website when they book?
No. Baipar is a directory, not a shop. When you set a price or a deposit on a service, the customer sees it on the booking form and the amount is recorded on the booking — but no card is charged here. You take payment the way you normally do, in person or however you and the customer arrange it.
The one exception is event tickets, which are a real online sale (see question 7).
06What are "Services" and why are they limited?
A service is one bookable thing you offer — Cricket net, 1 hour or Consultation, 30 minutes — with its own length and its own price. Customers pick a service first, then a time, so your calendar only offers slots that fit.
Pro allows 5 per listing, Pro Plus allows 20. If you add none, visitors can still book a general appointment — you just get a time and their contact details rather than knowing what they want.
07Can I sell tickets to my events?
Yes, on Pro and Pro Plus. This is a genuine online sale: the buyer pays by card at checkout, gets a ticket with a QR code by email, and you see the order in your dashboard.
Promo codes work here — and only here. A discount code has no effect on an appointment, because appointments are not paid for on the site.
08Where do the star ratings on my listing come from?
From Google. Baipar has no review system of its own — a rating you have earned on Google Maps over years is worth more than an empty five-star widget nobody has used yet.
Ratings appear once your listing is linked to its Google Business Profile. If your listing shows none, it is usually because that link has not been made yet; ask us and we will connect it.
09Can I see how many people looked at my listing?
On Pro Plus, with full history: how many people viewed each listing, and how many went further — pressed Call, asked for directions, opened your website, or emailed you. That second number is the useful one, because it tells you whether being seen is turning into contact.
We deliberately do not record IP addresses or track visitors across the web. The figures are counts, not profiles.
