Ticketing is included on Pro and Pro Plus, and not on Free.
With it you can sell tickets from the event page and see who has bought. Orders appear in the dashboard under event orders.
Set up your payment details before publishing a ticketed event, or you cannot be paid out.
Before you publish a ticketed event
- Upgrade to Pro or Pro Plus, since ticketing is not on Free.
- Set up your payment details so you can be paid out.
- Create the event with accurate dates and times.
- Add the tickets and their prices.
On the day
Keep the event orders screen open to check people in. Orders list who bought and what they bought.
You can create a discount code that works on one event, or on all ticketed events of a listing.
