Not from the dashboard. Open a support ticket to arrange it.
How do I add FAQs to my listing?
Dashboard → Listings → FAQs, choose the listing, then add questions and answers.
How do I change my opening hours?
Edit the listing and set From and To for each day, or tick Closed.
How do I delete a listing?
Dashboard → Listings → My Listings → Actions on that row. Deleting is permanent.
How do I edit my listing?
Dashboard → Listings → My Listings, then press Edit on the listing you want to change.
How do I remove an FAQ?
Open Listings → FAQs, press Remove FAQ on the entry, then Save FAQs.
How do I show different hours on a holiday?
Set the day to Closed or change its times, and note the dates in your description.
How do I temporarily close a listing?
Mark every day Closed in the hours and explain it in the first line of the description.
My listing was rejected — what do I do?
Read the reason given, fix what it names, and resubmit.
What do the Published, Pending and Draft statuses mean?
Published is live, Pending is waiting for review, Draft is not submitted.
What do Trending and Popular mean on my listing?
Badges earned from recent and overall visitor activity. They are calculated, not bought.
What is a featured listing?
Extra prominence in listings and search, available on Pro and Pro Plus.
What is a verified listing?
A badge on paid plans showing the business has been confirmed as genuine.
What is the Overview screen?
Dashboard → Listings → Overview: totals for listings, events and views at a glance.
Why does my listing get few views?
Usually category, description or photos. Work through them in that order.
Why is my listing still pending review?
Every new listing is checked by a person. Incomplete or unclear listings take longer.
Still stuck?
Open a ticket and a person will reply by email. Anything you searched for and the assistant's answer are attached, so you do not have to explain it twice.
