- Search the name a different way — abbreviations and spellings vary.
- Search the street or category instead.
- If it genuinely is not there, tell the owner. Adding it is free.
Before concluding it is missing
- Try the name spelled differently, and any abbreviation.
- Search the street instead.
- Search the category and the area.
- Check whether it trades under a different registered name.
If it genuinely is not there
Tell the owner. Adding a listing is free, takes a few minutes, and the Free plan covers three of them.
A listing still Pending review is not visible yet either, so a business added yesterday may not show today.
