Services are priced competitively, and most employers find it less expensive than hiring a quality individual by more traditional means. Because the services are highly customised, exact costs cannot be quoted in advance.

All candidates are interviewed, screened and tested before being offered any assignment, and at least one work-related reference is required. Optional background screening procedures are available to clients.

Progress reports are provided every 30 minutes until a qualified associate is confirmed with your company. The average completion time for temporary industrial positions is two hours; more elaborate orders or unusual skill sets take longer.

An Account Executive contacts the supervisor as each assignment gets underway to confirm the worker's performance is satisfactory. An unsatisfactory worker will be replaced, and if you notify the firm within the first two hours of the first day there is no charge for that day.
