Aria Food & Bakery is a family-owned artisan bakery located in Kirkland, Washington, known for offering a rich variety of Persian and Mediterranean baked goods. The bakery crafts seven different types of traditional flatbreads every day, including sangak, barbari, taftoon, lavash, and Afghan-style breads. Each bread is baked fresh in-house using preservative-free, high-quality flour. In addition to breads, the menu includes Mediterranean-style pizzas, stuffed sandwiches with chicken or beef jambon, olivieh salad, and roast beef. Sweet offerings include Persian cookies, baklava, walnut rolls, and traditional desserts such as zoolbia and bamieh. There is also a selection of hot beverages like Persian tea and coffee to complement the treats.
Aria Food & Bakery is open from Tuesday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and on Sundays from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The bakery is closed on Mondays.
