Walk-ins are always welcome, but we recommend booking playtime during holidays or busy weekends to secure your spot. Parties always have to be pre-booked.

We sanitize our play areas daily and ensure all equipment is well maintained.

Yes. We have a dedicated toddler zone designed for children under 3.

Jumbaloo is an unsupervised indoor playground. The parent or guardian is responsible for the child's safety and safe use of equipment at all times.

Yes. We are an unsupervised playground and need an adult present to ensure safe playing and the general safety of children.

No. All adults admitted into the facility are paid for.

Parents and guardians are required to sign a waiver for the child's safety and wellbeing. It is available on the Jumbaloo website, and party guests are advised to fill it out before arriving for smooth entry.

Outside food is not permitted, though we offer snacks and beverages at our snack rack. Some exceptions apply, such as baby milk, baby food, and fresh fruit and vegetables. Pizza and food deliveries from third parties are not allowed into the facility.

No alcohol is allowed at any time on Jumbaloo premises.
