Kabab Paradise is a family-owned Afghan restaurant that began its journey in 2003 in Lake Hiawatha, New Jersey. Founded by Fahim Saleh, the restaurant was built on a simple but meaningful idea: serve high-quality halal food that combines authentic Afghan flavors with popular American dishes. Over time, it grew in popularity and expanded to multiple locations across the state, becoming a beloved destination for locals and visitors alike.

The kitchen is always busy, turning out dishes like beef kufta kababs, chicken and lamb gyros, spicy biryani, and crispy sambosas. A unique feature of the restaurant is its fusion of cultures—offering halal burgers with names like “Venus” and “Jupiter,” served alongside traditional Afghan meals, all made with care and consistency.
