Mimi’s Kabob is a family-owned Afghan-American restaurant that opened its doors in 2008 in Marriottsville, Maryland, and later expanded with a second location in Clarksville. Built on the foundation of home-style cooking and authentic hospitality, the restaurant was created to share the rich culinary heritage of Afghanistan with the local community.
