Gratuities are not included and are at the client’s discretion but are welcomed and appreciated.
03What payment methods do you accept?

Payment is due upon completion of work for each moving event. For multi-day or staged moves, payment is due at the end of each service day, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

08Who is responsible for packing personal items?

13What if the building does not allow large moving trucks?

14Do you require reserved parking?
Yes. Clear, legal parking close to the entrance is required. Parking tickets or delays caused by lack of access are billed to the client.

Yes. Being packed, having clear access, reserving elevators, and confirming parking in advance all help reduce time.
16What can cause a move to take longer than estimated?
Common factors include: stairs or long carries, elevator delays or restricted hours, tight hallways or doorways, last-minute changes or added items, building or parking restrictions, and weather conditions.
17When does the clock start and stop?
Time typically starts when the crew arrives at the pickup location and ends when services are completed at the final delivery location.
