Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing and using Baipar, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, the Mobile Devices Terms, and all other policies posted on our site. These terms set out the conditions on which we offer you access to and use of our site, services, applications, and tools (collectively, “Services”). If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use the Site.

2. Your Account

  • In order to access and use some or a portion of the Services, you may be required to register with us and set up an account with your email address and a password (your “Account”). You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities that occur under your Account. You should protect your password and make it difficult for others to guess.

4. User Content

  • By submitting content to the Site, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your content.
  • You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to the content you submit and that it does not violate any third-party rights.

5. Prohibited Activities

  • Posting false, misleading, or deceptive information.
  • Engaging in spamming or other advertising practices.
  • Using automated means to access the Site.
  • Attempting to interfere with the Site’s operation.
  • Posting content that is inappropriate for children or individuals under the age of 18.
  • Distributing viruses or any other technologies that may harm Baipar or the interests or property of Baipar users.
  • Imposing an unreasonable load on our infrastructure or interfering with the proper working of Baipar.
  • Copying, modifying, or distributing any other person’s content without their consent.
  • Using any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access Baipar and collect content for any purpose without our express written permission.
  • Harvesting or otherwise collecting information about others, including email addresses, without their consent.
  • Bypassing measures used to prevent or restrict access to Baipar.

6. User Responsibility for Age-Restricted Content

  • If you post items or content that is not suitable for children or individuals under the age of 18, you are solely responsible for ensuring that such content is appropriately labeled and restricted.
  • Baipar is not responsible for any content that is inappropriate for minors that may be posted by users.

7. Intellectual Property

  • The content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is our property or the property of our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
  • You may not use our trademarks or trade dress without our prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, efficacy, or timeliness of any postings or user communications or the quality, safety, or legality of what is offered.
  • We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Site.
  • We do not guarantee continuous or secure access to our Services. Notification functionality in our Services may not occur in real-time.

10. Fees and Services Using the Services is generally free. We may charge fees for certain Services. If the service you use charges a fee, you will be able to review and accept that charge.
