- Open Settings → Profile.
- Under Profile photo press Choose an image.
- Pick a file and press Upload photo.
- Save.
Use a square image; anything else is cropped to a circle. A photo of a person works better than a logo here — the logo belongs on the listing.
Remove photo takes it down again and restores the default.
What makes a good one

- Good light, plain background, shoulders up.
Where it appears
On your public owner profile, beside your listings, and on the Profile completeness bar in Settings → Profile.
Remove photo restores the default if you upload the wrong file.
