New listings are reviewed before they go live. This is what keeps the directory free of fake and duplicate entries.
What slows a review down
- A description that says nothing concrete about the business.
- A cover photo that is a logo, a stock image or a screenshot.
- A category that does not match the description.
- Contact details that do not match the business name.
- A title stuffed with keywords.
What to do
Open the listing, read it as a stranger would, and fix anything vague. If it has been considerably longer than you expected, open a support ticket with the listing name.
