How do I change my payment card?

Dashboard → Billing → Payments → Manage Payment Methods.

  1. Open Billing → Payments.
  2. Find Payment Methods — “The card used for your subscription renewals.”
  3. Press Manage Payment Methods.
  4. Add the new card and remove the old one.

The screen shows the card’s expiry. Update it before it expires or a renewal will fail.

Do it before it expires

The Payment Methods section shows the card’s expiry as “Expires MM/YYYY”. A renewal on an expired card fails, and the plan lapses to Free until it is fixed.

If a renewal already failed

  1. Add the new card.
  2. Remove the old one.
  3. Retry the failed payment from Billing → Payments.

Card details are held by the payment provider. Baipar never stores your card number.
