Can I try a paid plan before buying?

The subscription screen shows a Trial status where a trial applies. Otherwise start on Free.

Do I need a paid plan to be found in search?

No. Free listings appear in search exactly like paid ones.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Dashboard → Billing → Subscription → Cancel Subscription.

How do I change my payment card?

Dashboard → Billing → Payments → Manage Payment Methods.

How do I resume a cancelled subscription?

Dashboard → Billing → Subscription → Resume Subscription.

How do I upgrade my plan?

Dashboard → Billing → Subscription → Upgrade or Switch Plans.

Is it cheaper to pay yearly?

Yes. Pro is 100 a year against 120 monthly; Pro Plus is 200 against 240.

My payment failed — what should I do?

Check the card has not expired, then retry from Billing → Payments.

What do the subscription statuses mean?

Active, Trial, Pending, Expired, Cancelled or Free — shown on the subscription screen.

What happens to my listings if I downgrade?

Nothing is deleted, but anything over the new limit stops being publicly visible.

What is included in the Free plan?

Three listings with three images each, the map, contact details, hours and social links.

What is the difference between Pro and Pro Plus?

Pro Plus triples the limits and adds menus and unlimited analytics history.

What payment methods can I use?

Card through Stripe, and Zarinpal where it is available.

What plans does Baipar offer?

Free, Pro at 10 a month, and Pro Plus at 20 a month. Yearly pricing is 100 and 200.

Where do I find my invoices and payment history?

Dashboard → Billing → Payments lists every payment and its status.

Will my subscription renew automatically?

Yes, on the card saved under Payment Methods, unless you cancel first.
