Billing → Payments lists everything charged to your account with a status of Completed, Pending, Failed, Refunded or Cancelled.
What the types mean
- Subscription — a plan payment
- Listing and Featured Listing — listing charges
- Advertisement and Boost — promotion
- Claim — a claim charge
- Event Ticket — ticket sales
What the statuses mean
- Completed — paid.
- Pending — being processed.
- Failed — not taken. Fix the card and retry.
- Refunded — returned to you.
- Cancelled — not taken and not retried.
What the types mean
- Subscription, Listing, Featured Listing, Advertisement, Boost, Claim, Event Ticket.
Payment taken but the plan did not change? Open a ticket with the date and amount.
