- Open Notifications.
- Find Notification preferences.
- Untick Email for anything you do not want, keeping In app if you like.
- Press Save preferences.
Some messages are not optional — a password reset, or a receipt for a payment.
Two channels, set separately
- Email — sent to your inbox.
- In app — shown under Notifications when you sign in.
Turning Email off while leaving In app on means you still see everything, just only when you visit.
What cannot be switched off
- Password resets.
- Payment receipts and failed-payment warnings.
- Messages about your account you need to act on.
Press Save preferences, or nothing changes.
