Yes. Tickets are visible only to you and the support team.
Does Baipar sell my data?
The Privacy screen states who else sees each kind of data. Read it there rather than taking a summary.
Does the AI assistant store my conversation?
Using it requires your consent, and you can decline. It is offered only when both are true.
How do I delete my data?
Dashboard → Settings → Privacy → Delete my data. It is permanent.
How do I get a copy of my data?
Dashboard → Settings → Privacy → Get a copy of my data.
How do I make a privacy complaint?
Settings → Privacy names the contact for privacy questions and complaints.
How do I stop Baipar emailing me?
Dashboard → Notifications → Notification preferences, then untick Email.
Is my phone number shown publicly?
Your account phone number is not public. A listing shows only the number you entered on it.
What did I agree to when I signed up?
Settings → Privacy shows the date you accepted the terms and how you signed up.
What personal data does Baipar hold about me?
See Dashboard → Settings → Privacy, which lists what is held, why, and for how long.
Where is my data processed?
Settings → Privacy names the country under "Processed in".
Who can see my favourites?
Only you. Businesses see a count, never who saved them.

Open a ticket and a person will reply by email. Anything you searched for and the assistant's answer are attached, so you do not have to explain it twice.
